I really want to see Stone Temple Pilots but I didn’t get a ticket for the June gig because I thought I was going to see them at Download the weekend before. However, now I want to go to Sonisphere I don’t think I can afford Download, so maybe I should get a ticket…
The other complication is that I’m seeing Cypress Hill the night before the STP gig and I don’t actually live in London. Decisions, decisions.
First week in May I’m seeing Hole on the Wednesday and Gogol Bordello on the Friday. Woop! I also want to see Pennywise the week after but I don’t think anyone I know will want to come with me and I don’t think I’m quite bothered enough to spend the money to go on my own. Then I think I’m being taken to see Ray Davies the week after that.

I just don’t get to go to as many gigs these days. The last one was A.F.I. the other week, but it was all a bit underwhelming.
We were the oldest people there (aside from a Derek Acorah lookalike). Davy havok has turned into a camp version of Perry Farrell and is a bit annoying…
On the plus side there wasn’t much of a queue at the bar, although it wasn’t too much of a plus point as I was driving.
