Irish RTE broadcaster and 2FM legend Gerry Ryan apparently dropped dead from a heart attack in his appartment this morning.

RIP Gerry.

Thought it was already well-known that the man drank a lot in his life and even more since his divorce , and that he had his nose in the snow quite a bit.
If you seen his tv-show Operation Transformation he looked like he could do with some help himself as he looked dreadful.

Had a re-read of Tony Hawke’s book ‘Around Ireland With A Fridge’ last week as Gerry Ryan features in it.
