AT least it’s to my own house this time so I won’t have to do it again anytime soon. Twice in a year is enough!

Just found out that my mate died at the weekend. He was 29 and diabetic but refused to allow it to interfere with his life. We’d been to see Therapy? together a few times. Memorably once at the Cockpit he jumped into the front of the pit during the first song and broke his foot. He was down the front to the end and then went to A & E to get it sorted. He lived his life turned up to 11 and you never see a photo of him without a huge shit-eating grin on his face. I’ll miss him. I’ll really really miss him. RIP Yorkie.

He was a great guy. Last year he skived the morning off work and spent 6 hours on the phone to get us AC/DC tickets - it was a great gig.

Sorry bout that MrBomb. I know it’s no consolation but he seems to have lived his life to the fullest and that is something not many people can say about themselves. It still blows big time, mind.

@ Mr Bomb - Just found out that a friend of ours has to have his leg amputated because he hasn’t been managing his diabetes. At least he has had a major wake up call that has probably saved his life. I don’t know why I’m telling you - I guess it’s a wake up call to us all, can’t take anything for granted …

To be fair, you listed all the different positions in the band, I think, except they also have the DJ chap (although his input only seemed particularly relevant on their first album).
