I think live songs, be they from Scopophobia, webgig or b-sides, should not be included.
But studio re-recordings are a different kettle of fish.
Although! I suppose we should really just stick to the original versions in these cases.

I have no problem with including original b-sides or cover b-sides, though!
Suing God, Evil Elvis and Nice ‘n’ Sleazy have already been on the list.

Pure insanity voting Diane out :p It’s not one of my favourites but it’s the reason most people still know Therapy?, show some respect :p The version they played on Scophobia is crap imo, they completely took the melody out… Aargh now I can’t vote for Nausea!

Not every reason is a good reason, a lot of people know/remember Therapy? for the wrong reason… which is Diane :D
Therapy? shouldn’t have been played on certain radiostations like Radio Donna, this way you attract a wrong audience. It’s good for the single sales, but not for recordsales and certainly not to attract new fans. I just hate it when people see you wearing a Therapy? shirt and act like they “know” the band, by saying “oh, Diane is such a great song” then if you want to continue the conversation, it turns out that’s the only song they know by the band. The song isn’t representative to the band’s repertoire at all.

Neither is A Moment Of Clarity and I think it’s their greatest song :p There’s people like that for every band, since you can’t know ‘em all. We’re not shooting down Troublegum ‘cos it’s the only album most (remote) music fans know (and sometimes the only one they like) either, are we? :p Currently radio stations don’t air their new albums, that’s not much better imo… Anyway since the ‘right’ people will always become radio fans I don’t care which radio station airs them - but I agree Radio Donna sucked :p

Ay? NANE is one of their best! I recently found an old Metal Hammer and its review of NANE. They said it was a good record then proceeded to give it a paltry 6/10. Er…hello!
