right now, and for the best part of the week I’ll be either listening to http://grooveshark.com/playlist/Masters+rock/59296672 a playlist with a buch of randomly picked tracks by bands attending the Masters@rock fest. Also I’ll be shutting myself off the world and enjoy my recently purchased Primordial - Redemption at the puritan’s hand double white vinyl.

Just checking out the new Opeth album Heritage. Not quite as interesting as their last few albums, some really cool tracks but lacking something. Hope it grows on me as I do love this Band and it’s past output.

New Anthrax album “worship music” came out today over here and after giving up on them new album is pretty solid, few fillers but some really good tunes. Still not huge on Joey but he does a good job :)

Been putting off pre ordering this until I’e heard it, the fact that the vinyl pre order is for a box set with a book, CD + Dvd with 5.1 sound etc and is £60 makes it not an automatic purchase, bought the reissue of Orchid earlier though.

It is a great album, I just think for them it’s lacking one element. Normally you have this perfect mix of heavy, acoustic and prog/70’s but that heavy part is missing and the other two parts seem a bit cut and past instead of flowing.

Got the new Bon Iver ( selftitled ) album on my desk this morning and gave it a try. Turned it off pretty quick , don’t like it even though it’s heavier than ‘For Emma’.
Instead listening to Antony and the Johnsons - I Am A Bird Now.
