Cheapest tix are 2-day tix at €50.
Here’s hoping the line-up improves or else I won’t be bothered.

The Coronas would play in my backgarden if they thought there’d be a few people there - god they’re everywhere!!

Is this an event that will likely sell out? I might be able to swing a work trip in that direction but probably won’t know for a couple of months.
Really liked Cork the couple of times I’ve been there.

Regular buses from the Cork City to Mitchelstown everyday.
It’s not that far either.

Is there a link anywhere to which bands are playing what day? I’ll probably only go if Therapy?, Whipping Boy and Not Squares are on the same day… I know Therapy? are Sunday the 30th but that’s it

Bats added to the list that day , so with them , ASIWYFA and Therapy? on stage after another it’s too good to miss out on.

They’re on after Bats , who I’m definitely going to see , but the Not Squares gig is on at exactly the same time as ASIWYFA on the main stage unfortunately.
Is not going to do the attendance at your mate’s set any good I’m afraid.

Jerry, were you there? Went into the tent to watch Bats (caught their last 15 minutes), but didnt see you.
Whipping Boy were pretty good, even if Fergal McKee really cant sing for shit anymore.
Ash were decent as well, though they had the worst weather of the weekend during their set so their sound was ropey.
ASIWYFA… ironically enough, I watched them from afar (the other end of the field!). Good fun and all, but difficult to see where they can take take whole instrumental quiet/loud/quiet/louder approach… we’ll see, I suppose.
Fucked off immediately after Therapy, as to not torment my ears with Editors… the chavs stayed on, of course.
Therapy? were good as usual, though Andy had some guitar issues. It sounded like his phaser effect had a life of its own and was turning itself on and off over his distortion. The guitar disappeared totally during Teethgrinder. Decent crowd reaction though, T? got them moving.
Meat Abstract
Die Laughing

Exiles
Living In The Shadow Of A Terrible Thing
Rust
Neck Freak
Fantasy Bag
Innocent X

Can anyone else find the thread on WoM that Andy mentions, in relation to the poster saying he wasn’t gonna buy Crooked Timber based the jazzy 30 second rehearsal clip of “Bad Excuse For Daylight”?
I remember it but can’t find it.
