Pretty much liked all five but never played Formaldehyde much (got into them on the back of Oblivion) and really like Good to Go but not the stupid single they picked fromm it. Favourite is probably RUS although How To sounds a lot rawer I think. Don’t think Shaving Peaches was too far behind those though

Never liked them, although, to be fair, i’d never heard them at all untill either Oblivion or Alice Whats The Matter (can’t remember which was first, and that was enough to decide never to hear them again!!!!! Then there is that fucking Tequila song >:-<>:-<>:-<

The album version is so much better than the single, which was hideous and is all Zoe Ball’s fault

Cheers for that mate but check the dates on the post. That was nearly 8 years ago *fuck me I’ve been on this forum too long*
As the mighty Holly in Red Dwarf once said “I may not be fast, but I get there in the end”. Fuck me.
Anyway, back on topic. I’m listening to the album. It’s not bad. A little nod to Sweet and a little nod to the Ramones amongst others…

I think I’ll check out the samples on Amazon tonight, get a feel for the general sound of it if nothing else.

Sounds pretty good from the samples, definitely sticking with that old Terrorvision sound. I will definitely get that album, but I think I’ll wait till the CD becomes more widely available, then I can probably get it a bit cheaper ;-)

I love them. Saw them a year or 2 ago and it was a great show (apart from acoustic bit), Tony is a real ball of energy. Couldn’t make Newcastle gig last week as I was on holiday but a few of our lot went and had a whale of a time.
Anyone checked out Tony’s other band Laika Dog - fuckin great!!!

Yeah, I like Laika Dog too. I think they had an album out last year (called 2010, I think) but I don’t know where to buy it from.

Just been chatting to Tony on fb. The album wiki says is 2010 is the new one out in April. There is no album from last year, just the 2 up to now. There should be a tour to promote it.

Oh, ok, it must have been delayed then - that explains why I haven’t found anywhere to buy it from! :-) Thanks for the update. A new Terrorvision album AND a new Laika Dog album this year then - good stuff :-)

I don’t suppose anyone knows when the “previously unreleased” songs on the B-Sides and Rarities compilation were recorded? They are:
Got Away Again
That’s Life
Glad All Over

Got Away Again and That’s Life were possible tracks for Shaving Peaches, not sure about Glad All Over.
Has anyone heard the Laika Dog albums any good?

^^ Thanks for that info :-)
I have the first two Laika Dog albums and like them both (the first is the better of the two, in my opinion). Still need to get the newest one.
