Stay Positive is my favorite. I mean, I always like “Almost Killed Me” it has got that magic which re-create Beat Generation patterns to reach unsung stories of the İnternet generation. But Stay Positive is the grower. Yeah Sapphire, Joke About Jamaica and Slapped Actrees are the high points and probably their best. And B-Sides cool too, especially “Ask Her for Some Adderall”.
Here’s the game changer live version of the S/T song. You can’t beat it.

I really liked what Franz Nicolay added to the band on those two albums, the new one seems to be missing something without him. Love ‘Stay Positive’ though!

I think all the Lifter Puller records are out of print and I’m not a fan of ebay.

Kind of putting off listening to Before You… as I’ve not heard it before, but I will anyway.

I’ve had that Terrorvision album on my to buy list since it came out, as well as the Laika Dog album that came out not long after. Still need to get round to buying them, but there’s always other stuff on my list that I end up getting instead. I’ll get round to them one day though :-)

Still not sure if I prefer it to the first album, but their best track isn’t even on the albums - Wee Buns on the Easy Meat single, what a track!
