I’ll have a gander in the Megastore at lunchtime. Think that’s where I got my ticket for the last gig.

They say the gig hasn’t been confirmed yet - obviously they’re out of the loop.

Seems that everybody but Queens and Ticketmaster at Virgin cannot seem to confirm that T? are playing at the Mandela Hall.

Across The Line’s webpage on Radio Ulster has confirmed the gig for the Alternative Ulster magazine launch but there doesn’t seem to be any tickets available as yet. The Dublin gig is on sale at the moment.

Does anybody or even the band members know what is going on? Belfast is really bad for announcing when bands are playing.

I called into Virgin Megastore today to see if tickets were available and they said that they would probably know over the next couple of days as Queens haven’t told them anything about tickets.

Just got my tickets this evening. I asked in the shop, where I was told I could only buy them from the bar staff in the Bunatee (downstairs.) Wasn’t hard grabbing a barman and asking for them.

Anybody else in Belfast noticed a couple of fly posters attached to bins. No words on them but they’ve got the Therapy? question mark in red on white. I think it’s no co-incidence.

They definitely will be on sale at Ticketmaster, when I spoke to Jonny he did say that the tickets hadn’t arrived but they were expecting them today (hence they should be on sale now). If they’re not there yet then just keep checking back - Any new info I get, I will post here straight away.

Meanwhile, check out the Alternative Ulster site http://www.altulster.co.uk - I think you’ll like the flash intro, so do wait for it!

Title: Belfast Fiasco!!!! - Thread merged here.

It seems that if you want tickets for the Mandella Hall gig, that you’ve got to get them from Queen’s Student Union bar. What about everyone who lives outside of Belfast? (I live 40 miles away)Is there no way that we could buy them over the phone or pay by cheque? I rang up today, to try and buy tickets, but some dude (who sounded like a janitor) said that there were no facilities for switch/visa card payments. I even suggested sending a cheque and a sae, but that was no good either!
I don’t know who’s to blame here, but fer fux sake, get it sorted. True fans are going to miss out cos of this.
Luckily, I know a few people at QUB, so they are sorting me out.
Can anyone shed any light on the situation?

A thousand apologies! Have bowed down to your superior intellect etc. BUT STILL HAVE NO TICKETS!!! Checked ticketmaster.co.uk and ticketmaster.ie and theres no mention. The guys in the other thread are having the same probs as I am. Fukinell, it could only happen in Norn Iron.
The fact is that no one seems to have a clue what the hell is goin on, and real fans dont wanna miss out! (Plus we all wanna get our ugly mugs on the DVD!!!)
Rant over, and sorry 4 starting a new thread about a subject thats already been threaded!!!!
