…just delivered today on purple vinyl but I had to wait until I got to a decent record player (mine is ancient and tinny) tonight before I wanted to do it any justice…
Just listened to it for the first time…love The Buzzing and Get Your Dead Head off My Shoulder…
…definitely some dark dub influence amongst others in there…

I really want to listen to it again but my boyfriend is engrossed with Mr T’s ‘World’s Dangeous Fools’. Help.

Chris…how fucking jealous am I of you right now…
…if there’s two things that keep me sane in life they’re Red Dwarf and Therapy?

Give Chris Barrie a big snog from me.

Had a nice email from Global apologising for not responding to my emails sooner - seems they had a technical problem. So with that in mind, they have actually done a fantastic job with delivery, price, and it was all nicely packaged too. Now I just need a nice evening to myself to play the album…

they dont deliver post here in on Finland at weekends so I hope for the arriwal on Tuesday! I have heard the album so I can tell you that I love it. was hard with some songs at 1st listening but as with every T? album, they grow! My fave ones are GYDHOMS, Why Turbulence? and Ecclesiastes and of course that “classic T? one” BYWYAY just simply love those tunes! As said, could be their best work! Time will tell.

I have no idea… It was a bit of a surprise! Post either gets here super quick or takes months, it’s pot luck!

Mine arrived yesterday, only I had one of those ninja posties that, even though I’m in all day, all I get it a ‘sorry you weren’t in’ card.

Just got it this morning, CD and LP, I’ll spend till 1300 hours sniffing it.

Got my copy in HMV in Blanchardstown yesterday.

On a first positive note , was gonna check in the shop where they usually put all the T? stuff - in the back of the shop under letter T in the pop/rock or metal section.
Surprised to see it was prominently displayed on the front wall in the New Releases - HMV recommended section , standing proudly inbetween Lana Del Rey and One Direction !
A small thing maybe but good to see anyway and it looked like quite a few had been taken off the shelf already.

On an initial spin at home , Marlow just stands out for me and it’s easy to see it catch on as a crowd pleaser live.
It had Mini-Cuch ( 6 years old ) singing woohoohoohoooo for the afternoon anyway.

On a related note , anyone else feeling sorry for the baldy guy that had to do the photos for the booklet ?

First they stick him up to his middle in muck and that water he is lying in looks to be bitter cold. Hope he didn’t catch a cold !
