and another big hurrah for “stand in line” making a deserved appearence.

good to see the setlist has hit the 20 song mark (i think), that should be a long enough set.

Yeah, Cologne was absolutely fanfuckingtastic.
Andy seemed to enjoy the show and did his old rock star routines and animated the audience to clap their hands and sing along.
And the crowd did sing along to all the songs. I wonder whether there was such an enthusiastic mob at the other shows of the tour.
Anyway it was great to see the guys back on the road and I’m looking forward to see them at the Hurricane Festival and the VISIONS Westend festival.

did “Stand in line” sound well?
i saw them live in vienna and the song really sounded shitty …
don´t know why … some not good tuned gitarr from andy?
“Planet music”, where they played has really the worst sound … the accustic ist the worst ever!

i remember during the song andy looked a litte bit suprised and looked at the gitarre befor the second chorus … it seemed to me, that he thought he played not the correct frets ?

the singing was excellent and the gitarre was played right … i don´t get it, why it sounded not correct?

To me, it sounded as good as on the record!

Hats off to Prime Club, too. Small with a low roof, great sound, and in the front row you’re virtually on the stage!

Highlight: If It Kills Me. Heavier live than Giant Haystacks on steroids! :D

Come on!!!!!!

really really great gig. almost everything was perfect, except the merchandise sizes (x-large my fat harry ass!) and that they messed up the chorus of straight life. neil was absolutly briliant and the diane version too. hope to see them again this year.

It’s very hard to admit as I am from Belgium, but in my opinion Cologne was the best of the 6 gigs I saw from this tour so far… brilliant atmosphere, great set and everybody freaking out…

It was also very nice before the show playing tourist in Cologne, especially when visiting the Dom… when I was walking around there, I noticed all the angry looks from the priests over there.. did not really know why they were looking so strange, but then I got it…

I was wearing my Hey Satan You Rock T-shirt!!

Yeah, now I will go straight to hell :D

In that case, were you the tall guy in the middle of the front row with the long hair, singing all the way through the gig? I was right in front of Michael in the front row (about two people down from you, if you’re who I think you are!) from Nowhere onwards… I’d resolved to stay further back, but couldn’t resist the temptation… :D My neck’s only just stopped aching from all the headbanging! :p
