Your thoughts on Dublin gig?

howdy people, i assuming there were some people who decided to go without getting their ugly mugs on the belfast DVD and went to the dublin gig last night?

a very good (though not amazing, by t?s standards) gig, enjoyed it an awful lot.

good stuff:

- andy being andy, crazed eyes, throwing ridiculous shapes ect.

- micheal boucing around like a loon and playing bass when he could be bothered.

- “stories” being dedicated to the people of cork (yaaahhh!)

- the chaos at the end.

bad stuff:

-no unexpected songs in the set, no “bad mother” or “straight life”, and it would appear “teethgrinder” is being saved for belfast.

i hope they play a really cool set list at belfast … DVD live should be not mainly about the new album … should have really the best songs on it … but like they said … there isn´t really enought time to rehearse all the songs …
so i expect a set list not very different from this current tour … perhaps “teethgrinder”, “bad mother” and “straight life” but nothing else …

best songs on the night for me were: stories, church of noise, rust.

Im sure therapy appreciated the reaction that they got from the crowd judging by how long they let the ‘James Joyce…’ chant go on in between one of the songs (can’t remember which) and the big smiles plastered across their faces at the end

i took my cousin who lives in dublin with me to the show, it was the first time she has seen them live and she enjoyed herself very much.

It was a crackin gig and easily one of the best that i’v ever been at and the lads seemed to be delighted by the reaction they got. Shouted at Martin to play Bad Mother but no luck. Graham was there too.
