Does that mean that the DVD that will be released will not be the entire gig? I’m assuming you are saying that only certain songs were recorded.

fuck you man - belfast doesn’t have any blown up streets. it’s ‘comments’ like this that make foreigners think belfast is like a war zone when in reality it is probably the safest city in western europe.
Fuckin’ too right, I heard so much shit flying about regarding watching your back and all that..fucking bollocks! The local people we met were all friendly and pleasant, I don’t feel as safe when I go out my front door in Salford and Manchester as I did that night, irrespective if we were in a large group or not.
Great night though..can’t really add much more than what’s already been stated above about the show. Bruises have started coming up now…gig scars! Top bollocks!
Really cool meeting up with everybody at Lavery’s, it’s nice putting faces to the names!
Huge thanks to Jonny, hope AU does well. Next time can we have the bongo party as the support act though?!
And thanks to the phantom bin tippers for the after show entertainment..I nearly pissed myself laughing!

Nick, you too. You young scallywag!
And to all the others, JJ, Jiz, Gez, Hooch, of course, Dermot, Carrie, and all the others I only briefly talked to and didn’t remember names, thanks for fun afternoon/evening.
And of course, apologies for being just so damned drunk. But that’s what happens when you don’t eat all day and get to the pub two hours before everyone else!

Oh, and for those who didn’t know who we were, but were sat a table away, surely me taking a couple of photos shouting for everyone to make devil signs for Therapy? must have given it away, at least a little bit?!
Never mind. Maybe next time we all need Gemil name badges. Or copies of the Guardian and a carnation.

Yeah, I did. I had lost my map, but by then I think I had memorised the important bits, so I got there eventually. Shame everyone shot off, it’s kinda crap when you’re in a group and then you’re by yourself like that. But these things happen. Never mind.

Er, when I said I was told a month, I didn’t mean “it will be out in a month”, I meant, I was given the name of one of the 12 months of the year. And that particular month isn’t all that close to us.
So it’s not fabulous, it’s pants :-)

the whole gig was recorded from 11 different cameras at different angles and as far as I know all the songs will be featured. I was only doing stills photography thankfully! As for release date I’m not sure if I can say, but it will take at least 6 weeks to edit all the footage

next time something like this happens we’ll have to organise things a bit better (same hotel, an aftershow that exists and isnt 30000000miles away from the venue that sorta thing) and we could make it like an official fan meet or something…
@dano: im not gonna let you blame me for everything that goes wrong next time! fuckin pickin on me coz im small! :p my dads a boxer you know and he’s 7’9” and he’ll eat you alive and have a kebab on the side! :D

Well, I missed out on the Belfast gig on Friday, but had an interesting night in my local instead.
One of my favourite bands (TURN) played there Friday night, I got horribly drunk and ended up being invited onstage to play drums on the last song… sweet! :) Turned out alright in the end.
It certainly helped make up for missing the Therapy? gig.
But as regards the DVD, I guess it’ll be out just before Christmas?

Were you sitting outside room 11 by any chance, on the 2nd floor? Are you talking about a girl with dark hair and two blokes (both quite tall) - if so that was me and my friends!
I had a fantastic time on Friday :D - quite possibly the best gig I’ve ever been to! I was close to the front on the left (near the lovely Mr McKeegan) getting completely battered, but it was well worth it. Can’t wait to see the DVD - still, I have some good photos to look at until then. Got invited to the aftershow party, but (luckily) found out (from a random person on the street - possibly jayjay?)that it was cancelled before getting in a taxi. We were disappointed that it was cancelled but it didn’t spoil our night - the gig was definitely worth flying over from Chester for!

Title: Fun House
Hi, to all the metal heads on this forum.
This is my first post, new member in.
I went to see Therapy? in Dublin and Belfast last Thursday and Friday with my Belgian mate. The intensity of both shows was mind-blowing. Especially in Dublin, were they just ended up making some chaotic noises and distortions for a good five minutes.
In Belfast, the show was excellent too, the crowd rougher than in Dublin. We met some very interesting and friendly people before the show in Laverin’s pub and also caught up with them after the show. It was awesome, a great night altogether.
One of the lads said he would send me “Suing God”. If you’re out there mate, keep in touch…
Really looking forward the DVD, and the Autumn/Winter Tour coming up.
