PIck-up lines.

#

Started by dano

A couple of us ended up chatting on line last night and it was quite good fun, plus it was also useful regarding meeting up in Belfast tomorrow, has everybody got MSN messenger? The reason I’m asking is that if there’s no objections or anybody feeling like I’m stepping on toes or anything like that, I was thinking of setting up an MSN group solely for using the chat room function.

Thoughts, opinions or objections?

The rather imaginatively titled Therapy?chat! If you join up use your boardname though! Last night’s conversation started off like this:

Hello? Who are you?!

Sounds like most phone calls I make then they say things like, “Its you again isn’t it?” or “There’s a restraining order on you!”

It’s like Yahoo, but not as shit! You should be able to get details of how to sign in from that page, if not go here:

http://www.msn.co.uk

and get yourself signed in for a passport!

Good idea, dano! I’ve just joined as well, but I ended up talking to myself in the chat room, I was the only one there :D Several people have asked for a chat room in the past, but I’ve never come across any decent ones I could use on the site (mostly buggy/slow Java applets). This MSN chat seems to be pretty good chat software though, I was never aware that they had this!

Anyway, I’ll check in every once in a while to see if anyone’s there.

How about Sunday nights at around 8-ish? My shifts are a bit all over the place so I’m not always around, but usually during weekdays I’ll be popping in around 8-9ish.

MSN can be a bit bollocks at times, if you get disconnected you have to wait about 10 minutes for your status to be booted out, it’s an arse if you get cut off and try to go straight back in as it tells you you’re already in there! Still, I preffer it to Yahoo anyday of the week!

Oh yeah, for anybody thinking of popping in with a double barrelled name, underscore_it_as_you’ll_only_get_the_first_part_of_your_name_showing_whe n_you_log_in!

Anybody got any good pick-up lines? I don’t need them, just think their funny.
best I’ve heard are…

Did you hear the latest health report? You need to up your daily intake of
vitamin me.

Do you believe in love at first sight, or should I walk by again?

Does my breath smell okay?

Excuse me, do you have your phone number, I seem to have lost mine.

“You have an amazing arse”…

Umm…

And the usual “Do you come here often?/Do you ever go to x?”

I’ve never heard any properly cheesy ones.

I’ve been known (just for mates mind) to do the horrible “Excuse me, do you do some random business course? My friend thinks she recognises you…” Gets them talking anyhow!
