Has anyone seen 28 Days Later?
Its a great movie. Making the “zombies” fast was genius.

Didn’t like the eye-gouging bit, but apart from that I thought it was great - the bit where the car alarm went off had me jumping out of my seat!

The alternate ending is virtually the same as the normal one except the guy isn’t in it. The film was pretty good I thought.

Ahhh white psycho thats what i thought at first too but if you look at the second last scene you find out WHY the guy isn’t in it (which makes the movie have a bit of a Jacob’s Ladder ending / message). Incidentally, I’m nearly sure that in the cinema they showed the ending with the chicken at first to make you wonder whether or not the guy survived and THEN it cut to him running out of the house (although i was fairly stoned). I also read into a LOT of Northern Irish themes in the movie, and when my mates saw it they agreed (to an extent!), and anyways any movie with godspeed you on the soundtrack has got to be great! :D

i thought this film was very good. if it was set in america it would’ve been just another zombie flick but as it’s set in london (the underground being familiar territory to me), it made it better for myself. i’m so sad i actually watched all the making of it and all that stuff on the dvd and some of the early shots (when london is deserted) were really cool. this is just my opinion bu i think this film is fantastic.

Army Of Darkness is a fantastic film, but I choose Brain Dead over Bad Taste (Both directed by Peter Jackson The Lord Of The Rings guy)
As for 28 Days Later a great film with Kevin Mckidd being excellent in it as he was Dog Soldiers as well.

Don’t even think of sullying these two great films by bracketing them with that piece of crap!

I liked the music, though.
It’s definitly not like Bad Taste and/or Army Of Darkness. Those were funny.

You healthy young man you!

I liked the empty London bits best - a nice dream, but must have been a right fucker to shoot without gettting some drunken knob wandering into the shot.

This movie kicked total ass! It was everything the RESIDENT EVIL movie should have been: consistently scary, relentless, aggressive, creepy( the empty London scenes), and just a DAMN good time at the movies.

There’s another ending in storyboard form on the DVD. It’s awesome. They never meet the soldiers as they are all dead and instead gop to a laboratory where a strange man in islolation tells them that to remove infection there has to be a full blood transplant. And the main character he does this with Brendan Gleeson’s character and the film ends with him thrashing on the table.
