Bruce Campbel has a new movie coming out

Bruce Campbel has a new movie that will be coming out in the major cities in the States. Check out Bubba Ho-Tep at http://www.apple.com/trailers/independent/bubba_ho-tep/

Freaking awesome! The trailer is hilarious, as is to be expected from Bruce!

Hopefully they’ll do well enough to be bought by a major distributer so the rest of us schleps who don’t live in the selected cities will get to see it. Of course, there’s always DVD, but who wants to wait that long?

Um… a small bit part. He plays the Wrestling announcer.

Apparently, in the next Spidey movie he’ll be playing a bit part as an usher.

::sigh::

Poor guy, every time he does something cool as far as tv goes, it gets canceled.

Did you ever see American Gothic? He was a detective in an episode of that ( may have been the 7th ) and he stole the show! He was giving it the old serious acting treatment, but you were just waiting for one of those trademark quips!

I can recommend Bruce Cambell’s book ‘If chins could Kill’ too. As funny as Evil Dead II

He got to star in a double episode of 90’s cool cop show ‘homicide - life on the street’

No, really! I could tell the story, but then I’d be off topic in my own thread. A bit embarrassing, I think.

I always liked Bruce in Brisco County Jr myself.

I don’t think it did, I’m sure it ran to two? My mate lent me all his tapes and I watched it all in one lazy weekend’s sitting!

Nope just the one season,Gary Cole was fantastic in that role.

My mate taped them off Channel 4, maybe I’m getting this idea from how they were broadcast on terrestial television? I was pretty certain there were two series though, as the tone seemed to distinctly change between two of the episodes.

I thought season one ended with caleb getting away from Gary coleman, but season two was focussing on how he was starting to turn evil as he recognised his powers, and he was going more under the Sheriff’s influence. Even the teasers at the start of each episode were different.

I’ll ask my mate, he’ll be able to give a definative answer cause he’s older than me and has more wasted years under his belt!

I didn’t even know any tapes had been released! There’s a petition going on to have it issued on DVD, maybe now that Riami has become a big hollywood director they’ll be looking into it as a way of cashing in on his name?!

I can’t say I ever really payed any attention to the Brady bunch, kinda went more to being camp that out and out funny for my liking.

And what’s wrong with Dynasty Allroy?!
