Babyteeth album cover

What is the cover of Babyteeth supposed to be?
I’m on about the CD version I’ve got.
Is it the same the world over?
My guess is that it’s some guy talking shit (hence the turdy looking thing) to some other guy
who has obviously had enough.

Unless I’m wrong big time.
Any offers?

Yeah me too, it looks like a rip off from Aliens. By the way I have a pretty cool Joy Division replica flier and it looks like it was done by the same artist as the Babyteeth / Pleasure Death album covers, so maybe its from the 70s.
