They have three mp3s to download at their website http://www.gandhimusic.com. There are no official releases yet.
But there are also rumours that Hamilton wants to reform Helmet (with him as the only original member). Let’s wait and see.

Hey ctrlaltdelete:
says on Blistering that plans are already underway to record the new Helmet album. Others working on the project include members of Rob Zombies band with NIN keyboardist Charlie Clouser (who has also worked with Rob Zombie in the past) acting as the producer. It should be an interesting listen.

There’s also news about the Helmet best of.
Here’s the link: http://www.blistering.com/news/newsdet.php3?ID=5396

More rumours about Page Hamilton:
- He recorded three songs together with Gavin Rossdale for his solo album
- He’s seems to be dating Winona Ryder
- Gandhi seem to be history, he’s got a new project together with John Tempesta (White Zombie), Rob Nicholson (Rob Zombie) and Chris Traynor. He had plans to call this project Helmet, but seems to have abandoned that.
- There’s a Helmet retrospective called “Helmet Unsung: The Very Best Of Helmet (1991-1997)” scheduled for November.
- He discards rumours about a Helmet reunion with the original line up.

All this can be found at http://www.visions.de (but it’s in German).

if you want it in English i got this off blistering.com

“Contrary to published reports, HELMET have no plans at present to reunite for a tour in conjunction with a retrospective of the group’s three studio albums for Interscope, due on November 4 through Universal Records.

A management spokesperson for HELMET frontman Page Hamilton told Billboard.com that he was unsure how the rumor began, but confirmed that Hamilton is working on a new project with late-period HELMET guitarist Chris Traynor, among others. The two musicians recently played together on tracks intended for BUSH frontman Gavin Rossdale’s solo debut.

According to the spokesperson, Hamilton is no longer pursuing his band GANDHI, which featured former WHITE ZOMBIE drummer John Tempesta and ROB ZOMBIE bassist Rob Nicholson.

Hamilton is currently unsigned, a fact that he found mildly irritating in light of the band’s widespread influence among today’s up-and-coming rock acts.

“They’re more reluctant to sign someone who’s 40 years old and known for this certain thing,” Hamilton told Billboard.com in January. “‘We think you’re the greatest. We respect you so much, but how do we market this?’ you go see a band and they’re playing a riff I wrote 10 years ago and they have a wallet chain and a load in their pants and they’ll get signed.”

Title: THROWING PUNCHES

Page Hamilton has a song on the upcoming soundtrack to UNDERWORLD called Throwing Punches. This was gonna be on his solo album & was probably gonna be on the GHANDI album. Another ditty I’m looking forward to hearing on this soundtrack is a new one from Dillinger Escape Plan called Baby’s New Coffin ( a friend of mine got me onto this band, I have’nt heard anything this fucked up since I first heard Fantomas).
As for the reunion not happening, it is a damn shame( especially since I never saw them) but it would’nt be the same without Henry & John.

Damn.

I got to hear THROWING PUNCHES today, it’s on Kaazaa( actually, the whole damn UNDERWORLD soundtrack was on there). It was pretty cool, though it sounds a little different from Helmet, especially Page’s voice’ I almost did’nt recognize him. The Dillinger Escape Plan & Skinny Puppy songs( SP’s song Optimissed is an instrumental) were pretty cool, too. Check’em out.
