Most Excellent.

Turun Romantiikka? I’ve seen them live twice, didn’t think too highly of them… but I’m always open for pleasant surprises, like Dave having a slim fit T?-shirt for me (they always run out of those, I wonder why???) ;)

Let’s hope so - my Infernal Love long sleeved shirt is “beginning” to wear out already.
Last time at Tavastia I got asked if all my clothes are 7 years old. :)

Well, there’s nothing that’d indicate tomorrow evening is different from every other evening in Tavastia, so my rough guess would be 22.00 - 22.30. Might even be a bit later than that, but I wouldn’t count on that.

Personally, I might make it to Ilves a bit after 21.00, so it’s one pint for me and off to Tavastia. I’d hate to miss TR since I haven’t seen them live, yet.

Last minute update :)

My timetable got a bit messed up, and I had to skip the meet at Ilves. Well, last drink at my brother’s apartment (Scopophobia encores playing) - and soon heading to Tavastia.

I dare to say that the Tavastia-gig must have been one of the best gigs I’ve ever seen. On the borders of group hysteria. I don’t think I can walk, hear or speak tomorrow, but it was worth it.

Tavastia was, if not sold out, at least full and the first five meters from the stage was a mass of pogoing flesh. I couldn’t see further back, but I suppose it was pretty good back there as well.

In short, it was good. Been there, done that, bought the T-shirt.

I’m still speechless about yesterdays gig at Tavastia. It was simply amazing.. and more. Everything I could definitely dream for. Thanks for T?-fans making the night something unforgettable - and huge thanks to the band itself for kicking my ass.

Oh yeah.. and I do miss Fyfe, don’t get me wrong.. but yesterday, Neil C. was the king of the house. :)

Fanfuckingtastic!!!

This was my 9th T? gig and I have to say that this was THE BEST of them all! It was also nice to meet fellow T?-enthustiastics from Finland, Dr. Bigjoint and of course the band. Thank you very much, you lads fucking rock!

Here is the set list;

1. Hey Satan - You Rock
2. Stand In Line
3. Die Laughing
4. My Voodoo Doll
5. Straight Life
6. Turn
7. Rust
8. If It Kills Me
9. A Moment Of Clarity
10. Sister
11. Church Of Noise
12. I Am The Money
13. Dancin’ With Manson
14. Nobody Here But Us
15. Potato Junkie
16. Stop It You’re Killing Me
17. Nowhere
——-
18. 2 Bags
19. Knives
20. Screamager
21. Isolation (Including She’s Lost Control)
22. Teethgrinder

2 Bags was a new song, great riff! Andy said that they wrote it two hours before the gig, but I doubt it because they played it so well. A Moment Of Clarity had nice lights during the song. A personal highlights were Straight Life, Manson and Stop It, especially Martins guitar playing (one note!)

We also bought t-shirts and accessories (lighter, stickers) that was available. I would have wanted a scopophobia shirt but since they had it only L, I had to “settle” for High Anxiety cover and Grey/purple “Pentagram-Gemil” with “Hey Satan You Rock” on the back.

They had a rental drum-kit and Martin didn’t apparently had cello with him because they didn’t played any song with cello (Stories, Ten Year Plan) They were in a hurry to get to Oslo, Norway and they didn’t had much time to chat with us but we did some and got a little signing session.

I still thank you lads very, very, very much and please keep the great Helsinki feeling in your minds when you are planning the next tour, right :D

I haven’t been to as many gigs as Marko (5), but I definitely agree with him about this one being the best one of them all.

When I got there, all the t-shirts of my size were gone, only small ones left - so no shirt for me. :( Luckily there were these small items, too. And I got the set list from the mixing board.

Dancin’ with Manson was my favorite, with If it kills me and Stop it a few steps behind.

I didn’t make it to the first train in the morning, so I missed a few hours of today’s workday - but that’s a small price to pay :) To be honest I still can’t clearly work at the moment, the gig “echoing” in my mind.

It was a great gig! Thanks to Therapy?. It was really nice that guys came out to bar after gig to sign some stuff and take pictures. Got my IIKM -single singed, Neil’s drum-stick and Andy’s set-list, I couldn’t be much happier.

Also it was very nice to see you other Finnish WOM-writers at Pub 28 (Bar Ilves was closed), and of course DrBigjoint and his friend (sorry I forgot Your name), our Russian friends!

Well… now that I have cured my hangover, I’ll have to shave this questionmark away from the back of my head…

I bought two t-shirts, now they got a small sizes and girlie-fits too.

I’m really glad that they chose Finland, not Sweden! Thank you guys!!!

Yes, it was really nice to chat with other fans at the bar 28.
Got also stuff signed and photos taken with lads before the gig and after the gig.
Michael told me after the show that they´re comin 99%ly next summer to Finland and play on some of ours festivals and guess that it will be either Ruisrock or Ankkarock…
Merimaa who is in charge at Tavastia is also the mainorganizer at these festivals and he looked really satisfied also after the gig.
So, THANK YOU VERY MUCH AGAIN THERAPY!!!! Minna, Marko, Sascha + his friend from Russia, Finnish Fiend and all the other buddies. It was a great evening!

My friends name’s Dima, btw ;)

2 Bags was realy great.
Andy told me that they will play bits of new songs during this tour, especially in the end of the tour.

Just remembered a bits I thought to share with you…

Andy got from a finnish guitarmaker a new guitar. So there was 2 guitars from Finland, this new one and the older on he bought in 1998 (white SG that was in the cover of Scopophobia).

The new guitar was cool looking piece. It had Gemil at the “head” where you tune the thing and there was a little questionmarks in the fretboard (I’m not familliar with english words of guitars, hardly know even the finnish words…) and over all it looked really cool…

Andy and Michael told that they are gonna record a new album in the beginning of 2004.

It was really great to see Sascha and others! You said that the show was short, I think so too but I’m glad it didn’t last longer, we wouldn’t be otherwise alive, right?!!! ;D

What a great gig! They’re always brilliant but this went straight to my top3 T?-gigs ever!
Talked to Michael before the show who said that they always have a good time in Tavastia and the staff there is really friendly (some of us might have different opinion on that…).We also talked a bit about the DVD (which I hadn’t seen then but I have now) and he said that they had a good time doing it — obviously a bit weird at first but the DVD gets funnier towards the end. I guess by that he meant the Q&A as well as the end of the live set. Apparently, the tour has been going really well so far, obviously not taking into account the slight physical injuries of broken cheek bone and damaged knee and what have you.
Unfortunately I didn’t make it to pub28, but I hope to see all the Finnish WoM-people some other time. I had a great time at the gig and here’s hoping that they’ll come back to Finland real soon!
