Scotland-Netherlands

#

Started by Ronald

I honestly think that it will be a tough draw for the Dutch since the Scots have something our overpaid team hasn’t, PASSION…I couldn’t even be bothered if they lose!

Yes because they probably are playing in a different area and therefore take a flight, but when they arrive in The Netherlands they will bring the cup with them!

I don’t think Holland will make it. They have been overrated for years now, besides passion they also miss quality, easy as that. Kluivert is one of the most overrated of them all, I hate him (as a player). Players I hate even more are Seedorf (he simply can’t do anything right, most selfish player on this planet) and Davids (I think he left his brain at the Euro 2000 tournament, he doesn’t seem to be able to think anymore). De Boer is too old, too slow, and he’s lost his shall we say ‘touch’.
It’s time to ditch Advocaat, and the old players, they just don’t want to fight for their country. Bring on the young ones: Van der Vaart, Robben, Sneijder, Hofland, etc. Gotta keep Stam though, he’s the best!

So, good luck to Scotland in Portugal!

Hmmm… strange post… if you look at the players from the Holland team, it’s just amazing… and unbelievable they have achieved so little the last few years… they all play in the top leagues over the world but don’t seem to make it as a team… strange… very strange…

Anyway, not being there means you can’t make yourself a fool by showing your lack of footballing skills as we Germans will definitely do. :)

Seedorf & Davids are between the best players of the teams that made the champions league final last year! They both won almost everything with their teams…

Okay, here’s the state of play:

Scotland 1 Holland 0
Latvia 1 Turkey 0
Spain 2 Norway 1
Croatia 1 Slovenia 1
Russia 0 Wales 0

Here’s what I think will happen on Wednesday:

Holland 3 Scotland 0
Turkey 3 Latvia 0
Norway 1 Spain 1
Slovenia 0 Croatia 1
Wales 2 Russia 1

What does everyone think?

That’s very likely to happen although I really hope that Scotland, Wales, Slovenia and Latvia will qualify.

Could be, but it can come out totally different as well.

Nowadays it’s as difficult to predict football results as to say with which song T? open a show on the curent tour. :)

I hope our splendid (…) Dutch team ‘o buggers will loose big time from the Scots! These lads only play for the huge amount of money they earn, and it shows. There’s nothing in it for them; not even a bit of passion.
So…GO SCOTLAND! (and yes: I’m Dutch…):D

C’mon the scots! Bazza will score the 1-1 equaliser and we’ll go through to the next round and get booted out by England or something. Still would be good to get it up Advokaat for ruining Rangers.
