Happy New Year!

#

Started by allroy (Rainer)

I wish all you WoMbles and all the T? staff a happy new year and all the best for the future.

I know it’s a bit early for that, but I’m off for about a week roaming the streets of London and Glasgow…
…and so I’m the first one to post on this topic.

Top quality, cheers.

Snogged an eighteen year old, got pissed, had a snowball fight, and sang a rousing rendition of “I’m dreaming…of a white New Year” to loud applause. Not in that order, I should add.

Happy New Year to everyone! Hope you all had a good one yesterday, I know I had. I got home at 9 AM, woke up at 7.30 PM. A good way to start the new year I’d say!

I went pretty fucking drunk. Remember I made fart-sounds with my mouth on the stomach of a sleeping friend.
But what the hell… It’s only new year once a year, and I’m planning not to drink for the next 31 days.

no-one came to my new year’s party! I ended up getting drunk with my five year old kid (disclaimer: i was drunk, he obviously wasn’t) and watching The Goodies for three hours. Best new year i’ve had in ages! :D

I think i’m gonna try again and have a belated party on Saturday… hopefully some people will actually turn up to that one. :D

I ended up with a friend’s younger sister. Felt a bit weird the next day cos we were all out boozing again for another friends birthday. I got a right earful of abuse! :)

If you can’t do these things at New Years, when can you do them!?

Well, I managed to have a conversation with my 2 yo nephew at midnight, so he was still going strong! Parents didn’t sound so impressed though.

i had a late new year’s party on saturday, and it was a lot more successful. I think i’m going to do this every year - have it two weeks late so no-one’s busy doing anything else. :D

My works having it’s Christmouse booze up tomorrow, now that is late! But still, over half the staff can’t make it which leaves 8 or 9 of us with £180 to drink! We got £100 from keeping stolen credit cards, £50 from our actual company I think, and the rest from the swear box in the back office! Whey!! Time to make silly and liver threatening cocktails for free I reckon! :D
