My New WEBSITE…

#

Started by Jobrok

Just a quick note to let you all know that I started up my own website.

http://www.freewebs.com/jobrok1/

For now, it’s just a list of all the music I have, but I will expand on it eventually.

I have included a page listing my entire THERAPY? collection, including a link to my TAPETRADER.COM webpages where you can check out what THERAPY? and other bands bootlegs I have for trading.

So if any body is interested in trading… Let me know.

Just to let people know…

I’ve added MP3’s of THERAPY?’s two demos “30 Seconds…” and “Meat Abstract” to my THERAPY? page.

I will change around the MP3 files every month or so. Making as wide a variety of tracks as possible over time.

I’m limited to the amount of downloads allowed per month. So if the limit is reached, and any of you are not able to download any of the tracks, then let me know and I will leave them up for longer. Until the downlaod traffic dies down enough.

But keep watching for updates…:p

There shouldn’t be any problem downloading.

I just checked it a few minutes ago by downloading one of the files myself, and I had no problems…!!!
There has also been nearly 100MB of bandwidth used up, so a number of people must have been able to downloaded without problems.

Maybe there were a few people trying to download the same file at the same time…??? And this caused problems.
Or else the FREEWEBS server was just down, for whatever reason.

If anyone else is having trouble with the downloads, please let me know.

Likewise! If any of you have downloaded the files sussessfully, please let me know also.

Invisible Sun sounds like The Mission playing The Diamond Sea by Sonic Youth.
Is this song performed by THERAPY? and if not what is the link with T??

Yes! It is performed by THERAPY?…
Recorded around TROUBLEGUM I think. Well it was produced by Chris Sheldon anyway. So It must have been around then.

It’s from the PEACE TOGETHER compilation album, and was also used as a b-side for the PEACE TOGETHER single.
There is also an unofficial 7” with this song and

It’s originally a song by THE POLICE,… as far as I know.

There is also an unofficial 7” with this song and and the track NEXT TO YOU. I don’t know anything about this track.

Anyone else know anything about it?

It was recorded on some festival (Tantarata or something like that), it has Sting (Yes, Gordon Sumner a.k.a. Sting from Police) on lead vocals.

I was aware it was a song originally by the Police (one of their best) and the sound was THERAPY?’s but it didn’t sound like Andy’s vocals.

It was obviously recorded live, and it sounds like Andy singing backing vocals.

I didn’t realise it was a POLICE song too.

Makes sense so that the 2 tracks were together on that unofficial 7”.

I just tried it a few minutes ago and it worked fine.

Maybe the web host I use(FREEWEBS) shut down their servers for maintenance. They probably do it every few weeks.

Try it again and let me know if it still doesn’t work.

I just checked it there and it worked, but it was very slow.
I don’t know what the problem could be.
It’s an online account, like hotmail only for webpages. Maybe they’re doing some maintenance on the site.

Try it again another time.
And let me know if it still won’t work.
