I have never been to the Palais before for a gig anyone now how big it is - doors are at 7 i reckon T? could be on anytime after 8…must remember not to tart around in the bar!

Never been to the palais but people I have spoke to have said it is a good venue

I saw you for the first time in years last night, forgotten just how bloody good you are live. Isolation with an insert of Lost Control was a highlight as well as Potato Junkie, and Die Laughing :D

The gig was wicked. The band sounded great, in top form.

Many people on the Board have moaned about the fact that T? aren’t playing many tracks from their latest albums, and I understand it.
However, as a three-piece band, it’s nice to see them enjoying playing their “old” classics so much. Nothing could beat “Meat Abstract” as an opener. And then, playing “Potato”, “Teehgrinder”, “Screamager” and “Die Laughing” got the crowd going slightly mad. Closing with “DWM”, “Isolation” and “Hey Satan” made lot of sense too.
All in all, a fantastic set-list.

Two highlights apart from the set -

Andy licking micheals armpit and then spitting out the sweat…nice one andy!
And Andy saying - Fan Fucking Tastic - then Ginger saying fan fucking tastic - great stuff.

Nice to see Ginger telling everyone to buy their new cd ‘coupled with..’ keep the receit, tape it and take it back and buy the last Therapy? cd with the money cuz at least they’ll see some cash from the sale. Ginger also played the begining of 10 year plan which was cool!

Great night - and I get to do it all again one last time on thursday!

Was a wicked set last night.
well impressed.

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing.
Shame they didnt have a bit longer… so many songs I wanted to hear. there was no “Knives” and no “Ten Year Plan” booooo… but still… Top notch show guys!!!

Now back to london as a headline shoW! :)

fantastic gig. Opening with meat abstract, potato junkie and teethgrinder is the stuff of ROCK dreams! It was bastard hot in there, mind. I left sweatier than eamon holmes after some particularly ferocious pie indulgence.
Anybody got the wildhearts set list??

There was a girl right at the front who, about 3 songs in, turned to the guy behind her and said ‘sorry to make a fuss, but could you please STOP PUSHING!’ The guy looked a little surprised at this. Security asked if she wanted out, but she said no, and continued to just stand there smoking (vile habit) and looking bored.

We retreated to the balcony for the Wilhearts, which meant I got to say hello to Andy (nice bloke, shorter than I expected), shake hands with Neil (no real conversation - he was en route to the loo at the time) and possibly convince Michael that I was a knob. Oh well. Andy’s a nice bloke though.

Good night was had by all (‘cept girl at front). Wildhearts did seem v complimentary about T?, more so than most bands (T? included!) are about their supports.

Was Substitute Intro the one that sounded like Mama You can Call the Ambulance Now?
