I don’t hate that show, I only got bored of them. Terribly, terribly bored. Nothing compared to good ole’ “Caroline In The City”. Richard is as pessimistic as some good T? lyrics. :D

They were both dire you missed nothing.

I heard a joke about Friends the other day and its the only black thing in friends was the coffee.

Apart from Joey and Chandler i found the other characters really irritating.

Friends got slammed years ago about having no black characters but since then there’s been the girl Ross and Joey fought over and Charlie was in it for ages.

Have missed loads of the second half of this series, must steal copies…

I have missed loads of it as well i think maybe i have missed most of the last 2-3 seasons.Even though its finished now Friends will be repeated until the end of time, none of them probably need to work another day in their life.
Joey has a his own spin off sitcom with Drea de Matteo who plays Adriana in the Sopranos.

I urge evry1 in the UK to go out 2nite rather than watch that and the start of the new Big Brother series, otherwise the suicide rate will go skyhigh having watched all that dribble

Fraiser was always the better sitcom but Friends for some reason is way more popular.

Once in a while you hear weomen saying “Oh, David Schwimmer is soooo cute” or “Matt Le Blanc looks sooooooo good” or “Matthew Perry is sooooooooo sexy” (Did I forget one of those geeks?). There You have the reason. Even people with taste never will say “Kelsey Grammer is such an erotic person.” *g* Funnier? Of course. But some people don’t seem to care for the humour in a sitcom as long as the guys in it have their heads full of hair.

That’s what I call a gender bender. I thought this is a typical male argument:
Jennifer Aniston, a miserable actress, but her looks…
Heather Nova, boring songs, but my what a sweetie…
And you must love King of Queens then.

Kind of on topic: According to your argument you must prefer to see Alice Cooper on his tour instead of Metallica (not the best comparison, I suppose, as Metallica are ugly. I feel sorry for roxy’s mum)

Strange enough I’ll really go seeing Alice Cooper instead of Metallica. And I really really don’t care who looks better. It’s the music that counts - similar to the laughters at a sitcom. And personally I laugh my ass off when watching “Frasier”, and nearly fall asleep when watching “Friends”. And the “I watch Friends because Luke” - no, sorry - “Matthew Perry is so neat” argument is one often heard.

For the record: I tried “King Of Queens”, but it didn’t work, though Arthur Stiller really ruled.

My personal favs:
Caroline In The City
Mad About You
Ellen
Will & Grace
Frasier

I love Ellen, Will & Grace is nice (esp. Jack), Mad About You and Frasier never worked for me, I’ve completely missed Caroline In The City.

I love Spin City (but only with Michael J. Fox) and Roseanne, the meanest woman on TV.

I’m a big fan of Spin City and Scrubs, nearly all the cast members of Spin City have guest starred in Scrubs.Did anyone see the episodes when Michael J. Fox played a doctor in Scrubs?
