…for splitting up.
MTV brought the good news.

The headline there speaks of ‘the biggest rock band of the past decade’, I’m sure they meant ‘bigottest’.

I love this line:
“Creed Guitarist Says Band Broke Up Months Ago.”

Who knew? :)

“”Even if you loved us or hated us,” Phillips emphasized, “remember us.””

Sorry, what?

Oh that’s made my evening. I shall drink to that. Fabulous. I think they might have gotten the hint in Portugal when fans were throwing rocks at them.

They started out good with My Own Prison I think, but then they must have fallen for stardom or something, I don’t know what happened. They were really full of shit, weren’t they? They had some good songs though, Torn is still a killer track.

I thought Creed sucked from the moment I heard “What’s This Life For?”. Glad they’re gone, but it’s not like they were all over radio and tv lately.

I always thought it was funny that Godsmack started off as an Alice In Chains cover band and they still are.

I just fear they are going to reunite after their solo careers turn out to be unsuccessful.

I once saw them live at a festival. They started like 3 songs but always had to stop 10 seconds into the songs. I don’t know what happened, maybe something broke, maybe they were just too dumb to play their instruments. Anyway, they walked off the stage and apologized, but nobody booed. It was all good.

There’s already a follow up to Creed, i.e. they just have a new singer and call themselves Alterbridge.
