I quite liked pulp, but never took the trouble to find out the names of any of their songs… There’s only so much information you can squeeze into a brain so finely tuned as mine…

I’ve got a live video that I picked up for about £2 in *shudder* Our Price a few years ago. But of course I don’t know what it’s called…

There are at least 10 good Pulp sings?
Well, I can’t name ten, but amongst those should be
Common People
Help The Aged

‘coz both are about people like me. :)

Acrylic Afternoons would be my favourite Pulp song by a mile. I really liked Intro and His n Hers but haven’t enjoyed the stuff they did after that, I think Common People just spoiled them for me. I used to have Masters of the Universe on vinyl and it got nicked :(, Dogs are Everywhere was a classic :D

A fine band - did you ever see the Chris Morris’ parody of them on Brass eye. ‘Blouse’, I think.

In the song Lipgloss I always thought he was saying “Laughing at the badgers”. I was gutted to find out he was really singing “Laughing at your bad jokes”!

Funny that ‘cause I always considered Pulp to be a bad joke :)

Well, there seems to be a lot of ill feeling towards the band then.Dunno if it’s a hangover from being into metal.I used to be the same, i thought they were britpop rubbish like Dodgy and menswear and Jarvis was posey as fuck.Once i dropped the Slayer fixation my attitude changed somewhat though and i now think they are quite brilliant.

Can’t be arsed to list 10 songs, but ‘I Spy’ ‘Wickerman’ ‘This Is Hardcore’ (amazing video for that too) ‘Lipgloss’ and ‘Bad Cover Version’ are some of the best songs evaaar1111111

That dvd is well worth having too, i think it’s just called ‘anthology’

I beg to differ Pulp have lots of good songs, they are a very underrated band especially their later albums.Jarvis Cocker has written some very witty lyrics.
