Ladies, you’re both right.

Guano is a term to used to “to imply a localized accumulation of excreta and egesta or their derivatives, containing material concentrated from over a wide trophophoric field onto a relatively restricted resting or breeding site”. This refers to vertebrates in general, but especially to seabirds, bats and seals.

I finish my lecture on biogeochemistry and apologise to Guano as this thread is about him and not about anyone’s shite.

As you’re from Canada: a friend of mine is a big Bif Naked fan, is she still around?

Both. :)

A friend of a former friend of mine once made a scientific journey to the Antarctic (he’s a biologist) and learned to love penguins. The rest is a bit of googling.
So you may call me Mastergoogler if you like.

Au contraire. All posts in this thread are about guano (in all its various forms) though I might concede that Robby might have gone a bit astray with his allusions to intercourse with female inhabitants of a monastery.

@Robby: As penguins don’t wear panties, he used to collect some of their feathers as a souvenir of his affection. :)

Sorry for not responding more quickly guys (and girls?)

My favorite T? album is Troublegum, I have Caucasian Psychosis so it gets a lot of play at my house, I have to admit I don’t own anything post semi-detached, so I will be a bit lost until I pick those up.

I got my nickname from the dayglo abortions (awesome Vancouver based punk band) song/album “Here today,Guano tomorrow”. My name is Jon so the evolution of said nick was - Jon, Jonny, Jonno then the album came out in 1987 and I became “Guano”. I can’t tell you how hard we (me and my buddies) laughed when Jim Carrey said “They’ve got Guano!”

Yup she’s still around, she was actually guest-co-hosting a morning show in vancouver (http://www.cfox.com) 6-10am PST. I’m not sure if she’s still doing it though.

Love the quote btw.

Thank you motherh, pleased to be here.
