The Lemonheads in February ‘94 - We went down at about 3 in the afternoon to hear the soundcheck. Evan Dando kissed me on the forehead and Dave said I had a nice hat. Being 13 was great :D

I’ve been going to rock herk as long as I can remember :) (but that doesn’t count I guess).

the first gig was werchter in ‘96 or ‘97 (I don’t know anymore wich year it was) I remember dEUS very clearly playing Roses on the 2nd stage (there was no marquee at that time) and Stef Kamiel Carlens was on stage too. Things have changed a lot in time…

Ok this was actually a lie as I went to see De Kreuners already before this date but then I was too young to really enjoy rock ‘n’ roll :o

Mines was Duran Duran, in 1983. Theyre still my all time fave band to this day :D

My first rock band would probably be Def Leppard, on the Hysteria tour.

That was December 1994 (I’ve been there, too.)

My first gig was Supertramp / Chris De Burgh at the Westfalenstadion in Dortmund in 1983. My taste has improved a bit since then. :)

Hang on, thats a lie! My memories going! I also went over to Sheffield to catch them with the only other guy I know who really likes them/knows more songs than “On A Rope” :p The first time I saw them they still had Atom, can’t remeber the second, think it was after Group Sounds though so it should’ve been the new guy, either way it kicked ass! :D

Vutzi, how do come to see T? at the age of 12? Do you have rocking parents, a brother with good taste or have you always been the trendsetter of Gütersloh? :)

We must have been at more than one gig at the same time then - I have been to every Therapy? Manchester show since the Infernal Love tour - and if they didn’t play Manchester I saw them in Preston…

I got the tickets as a present and went there with my cousin. And no, I’m not the trendsetter of Gütersloh, till now I got no person to listen to T?, either they already knew them or they didn’t like them when I played it to them.
But at least i keep pissing of the local DJ’s with requests for T? songs.

Well that makes it every Manchester show since IL that we’ve been at then! :D Never been up to a Preston gig but I know a few guys who were there last time round. I’ve been down to Nottingham a couple of times for them though.

Next time Gadget (or Deadsetgavget?), next time…

:D
