The lyrics for NANE are here!

I’ve just added the lyrics for the forthcoming album Never Apologise Never Explain to the site - on this page. Andy’s stories behind the songs for the new album will be added tomorrow. Isn’t this fun - all this stuff to tease you guys with, while you don’t have the actual album yet :p

I can assure you with as little smugness as possible, it’s definitely worth the wait!

I will also add a large version of the album cover tomorrow, along with some new photos of the band from the Iona Bateman photoshoot.

It is quite funny to read the lyrics before hearing the songs. Normally I “sing” very, very wrongly for years due to the lack of official words and it is hard to start to “sing” lyrics correctly. Now is totally different… :)

It is also great trying to figure out how the song goes just by looking the lyrics.

Thanks for the stuff!

Yep, being able to sing along when listening to the album for the first time will be a totally new experience. :)

Well, as I’m one hour ahead of you guys, this thread was started on September 3rd, so technically I still have 22 hours left. However, as I’m such a nice guy, the stories behind the songs are online now :D

Very interesting, especially as the majority of us are yet to hear the majority of the songs, it’s all a bit back to front! :)

I’m just gutted that so much of the new album was “built up” in Derby. Of all places… urgh.

Anyone else from Nottingham will know exactly what I mean…

Technically eh? Hmmm…Well when I posted that 4th september at 00.01. You posted the thread at 23.38 on 2nd september. So technically you were late! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! (I know you have time difference, so I’m technically wrong, I just wanted to go bwahahaha in capitals)

Hope it felt good, WP ;-)

ctrlaltdelete - I definitely think we will be putting the Rise Up video up on the site eventually, but there’s no planned date yet.

I’ve added a temporary front page to the site tonight to promote the new album, with a larger image of the album’s cover and title.

*which is absolutely cool*
*which stays absolutely unrecognizable - anyone willing to give us a small hint?*

Looks to me like the remains of some pillars holding up a floor.
