Neighbours

#

As an attempt to stay on topic in other threads, I have created this one to talk about Neighbours, particularly so I can say NOOOOOOO to Gav, as Neighbours is great at the moment. Darren is back, for a start and then Susan is finally geting some action - why deny the greatness?

I’m sorry but there is a real lack of hot women in it at the moment, plus I hate that Scott kid… they should really get rid of him, neighbours used to be good - but at the moment it is shit

Heh heh, cheers.

I have a friend travelling in Australia at the moment, apparently Rick Alessi has fallen on hard times - he’s working as a doorman at one of the places she stayed and Todd is a tour guide in Sydney :D

How did they write Rick Alessi out? I remember Todd dying and Phoebie having his baby but I cant remember what happened to Rick…

How come they haven’t bothered to write out Joe Scully yet even though he left the show ages ago?

And why are the Hoylands so fuckin dull - they should write them out… and bring back Holly Valance

Why do I know so much shit about this dumb program?

Joe Scully came to my uni, he looked like a real tit. His hair had bleached tips, he had sunglasses on his head and was wearing a bright white shirt and some shorts. He looked like he was trying to be 20 years younger!

Joe Scully hasn’t died, so they have to kind of keep him in, even though the actor got fired. I want to know how they’re going to resolve it in the end. Probably wait a year and hope everyone’s forgotten what he looks like any bring someone else in in his place.
Luckily, Dave is taking his place as the rather silly dad in the series at the moment.
We are lacking in attractive girls at the moment, although I’m quite partial to Sky. Plus, Darren’s in it, so that makes up for a couple of years of no attractive guys at all.

Taking Harold’s place, fine example of the gene pool working well…

Sky looked better with dark hair, I think. Darren’s not my type :D

Yeah - Harold used to run it with Madge ages ago as well as the coffee shop - then it disappeared for ages

Rick Alessi was the most gorgeous neighbours character ever…
i think the drink and drugs things is true about joe scully…its really weird the way nobody ever talks about him…the only time his name is mentioned is when they talk about his priesty brother…
to be honest i dont think the neighbours writer people would give a damn whether a substitue joe scully looked like the original…remember cheryl stark…one day big ginger lady next day shrunken blonde lady…and as far as i know nobody noticed the change( )

Or the three (at least) Lucy actresses. First one was a tiny little runt of a thing (the one who got stung by a wasp on her throat and Clive had to do an emergency trachaeotomy by slitting her throat), the second had Olympian-style swimming shoulders and dark hair, and the third had long blonde hair.

From what I remember.

Apparently they’re not allowed to film in the Coffee Shop any more, which is why they’re always in Grease Monkeys these days.
And Sky did look a lot better with dark hair.

I have no idea, to be honest. But either way, they had problems filming there, wherever it is, for whatever reason.
So everybody just randomly migrated to Grease Monkeys.
