In Mauritius/Reunion they do this weird thing called ‘Rum Arrangey’ (sorry re sp) where they basically fill a big bottle with rum, then stick loads of spices, vanilla pods, bits of twig and unusual mosses into it and leave it - every house seems to have it’s own recipe, and some were really nice.

Some were so fucking awful that my g/f gave me hers to drink. Would have been a shame to waste them.

Bought my first ever bottle of gin today.

You know whats nice: To make a mix out of fresh strawberries and Tequila, it’s like drinking fruitjuice, only you might not feel juicy if you take too many!

Can’t really answer this since those 4 liquor’s are too limited… Where’s Whiskey, Vodka, Cognac, Brandy, etc.????

My favourite liquor however is finnish Jaloviina (translated: noble booze) which is made from cognac and hard liquor. It’s like drinking bird’s milk or pour honey into the ear… :D

No, I just decided to start buying all the bits for Iced Tea, as that’s my favourite (although I put all my rum into milkshakes - will probably get some more vodka at the weekend. For some reason we only ever have tequila and single malts in the house.

Actually it isn’t. They mix together very well. I drink it mostly with cola so it isn’t so strong but it goes well as shnapps.

Heysatan, do you seriously like cold mornings?

Getting up on a winters morning for work is the most evil thing on Earth.

Not all the time but on to a point yeah- the week the album came out I was staying in a castle and it was great to get up and look outside, then open the window and have a cig and a brew- it does kinda sharpen you and make you think, hmm, may even say its slightly inspiring…

I like long drives in the cold too so maybe I’m just abit odd :D

What I like most about winters are the cold mornings, but only when the weather is dry and if there’s no wind. Then it feels so great to cycle to work through the dark. It would be complete if I didn’t have to cross a city but the fields in stead. Nothing’s perfect.
