Today someone said that Jack was on drugs didn’t they? I was left confused because I don’t think I’ve missed an episode where this was discussed.

But I wish they’d just stop this unrealistic scenario with the minging copper.

It is crap. Jack has confessed to Steph about being on speed/coke/unspecified party drug (I think it was kinda lost in translation due to the heavy editing over here)

I was waiting for him to be dead today but no such luck - the only decent storyline he’s had is the does he/doesn’t he have a Ricky Martin poster debate.

Wow - Neighbours has some really funny things going on at the moment.

Connor has pay-tv porno channels and Sky Mangle is gonna have a lesbian affair… what will they think of next?

Yeah, I know - i was just trying to be funny! :)

Its weird - they must have got some new script writters in or something - it seems to have more comedy ‘adult’ themes running through it now. Maybe next week we will have Lou running round Lassiters lake with the Benny Hill theme playing…

You wouldn’t have had this in the days of Scott & Charlene! Can you imagine Jim Robinson popping round to Mrs Mangles in a gimp suit for an afternoon of ‘experimentation’?

I think it’s edited by the BBC a lot - it’s evening viewing akin to Eastenders or whatever in Australia, maybe they’re loosening up a bit.

Really? Gutting. I want to see the full on Lana/Sky minge munching scenes. Move Neighbours to 9pm, that way I can see the unedited versions and I don’t have to keep rushing home from work just to watch it.

I’m sure that when the script writters came up with this storyline, wanted to tackle an issue faced by many teenagers… confused about their feelings and the uncertanty of their own sexuallity - and handle it in a mature and sensible way - to try and help all those viewers who are faced with this dilema and to show that they are not alone in the world,

I wonder if they ever imagined a whole bunch of twenty-somethings running red lights on their way home from work to get to the tv in time to watch two schoolgirls getting jiggy with it?

Just a thought :D

Oh, I’m sure they’re fully aware what their UK fanbase is like. ;)

:D Funniest thing I’ve read here in ages… so true!!

I’m so pathetic, I read up on recent Oz episodes on the website - cos they’re about a month ahead of RTE/BBC - to find out how the fanny-fiddlers storyline develops!

I need a life!
