What should people do who are new to the board or doesn’t come here often? People make up topics and the answer is often ‘we’ve discussed that already’. Not very smart in my opinon. No one is forced to answer anyway.

Shortsharpshock! But I do have an article from the Melody Maker( Andy with long hair and a nose ring!) which was about the release of Babyteeth at the time, the exact date of this article is July 27th 1991. I remembered it then because they were telling some things about serial killers and stuff, very spooky!

I think I may have the funniest way I got into the band.

It was 1992 and I was in HMV in downtown Toronto and there was this girl working there that I thought was really good looking. Anyway she was wearing a T? teethgrinder t-shirt and so I got a copy of Nurse and listened to it in the store (you can do that at HMV over here, in case you didn’t know) to see what they were like.

Anyway I loved it them right away, and while I didn’t take the girl home, I did take the copy of Nurse.

That a sad 16 year old thing to do. hehe.

Found a copy of ‘Hats off the the Insane’ in my local library (of all places) … strange place to find a rare Japanese import!

After then I went out and bought Troublegum and was hooked.

Right when Infernal Love came out (US release). A friend of mine had been talking ‘em up as long as I knew him, and asked me to grab a copy of IL when it came out. I had plenty of disposable income at the time, so I figured ‘what the hell’ and grabbed a copy for myself.

It’s still my favourite album, but now I have about 25 other t? cd’s to go with it :)

Troublegum was my first album I bought and a few weeks later I went to my first concert. T? in Bielefeld(YEEEEES!!!).
Well, got to thank MTV. (also it’s crap now, where the hell are Alternative Nation and Most Wanted???)

Ps. And I also went to the Dortmund gig, that was the last day of the tour, I think it was the 20th, cause I got my T? tattoo on 21-12-1994
