Take a look at the cover. It reminds me instantly of Pleasure death and Spyf :D

The website says it´s gonna be released on Psi records. If J.S. Clayden has it`s own label, why haven`t Doheny released anything yet? The Demos sounded faboulous.

Other sources have said Burton C Bell of Fear Factory, and Frank Turner of Million Dead are also onboard for the project.

Doheny are looking for a major label to sign to. Having your won record label has its advantages, unfortunately access to as much funding as you want isn’t one of them!

This Is Menace, the off-kilter consortium noise project hosted by Pitchshifter rhythm section Mark Clayden (Bass) and Jason Bowld (Drums) have a video!

We are happy to quell the rumours of the project’s very existence with a short clip of the upcoming video for the song ‘Dead Man’. This Is Menace’s album is slated for an April 25th release on none other than PSI Records - the label run by Pitchshifter’s very own J.S. Clayden.

This Is Menace is alleged to feature guests from as far a field as Funeral For A Friend to Carcass and SikTh to Therapy?

For those who missed “Incite” on the Radio 1 rock Show a few weeks back, it made the tracklist again last night, 2nd to be played after Black Sabbath’s classic “Paranoid”.

Also closer to release of the album This Is Menace live in session on the Radio 1 Rock Show, stay tuned!

Andy Cairns from Therapy? is just one of the musicians who’s signed himself up for This Is Menace

Woe betide that a crazed Daniel O’Donnell fan throws a hand grenade into the studio because there wouldn’t be a balls to the wall rock ‘n’ roll outfit left!

What we’re referring to is This Is Menace, a Reindeer Section-style ensemble comprising Pitchshifter’s Mark Clayden and Jason Bowles and nine of their equally rowdy mates.

Hot Press is obviously biased, but our fave track on their No End In Sight album, ‘F8’, features Andy Cairns from Therapy?

Lining up alongside him are Colin Doran (Hundred Reasons), Casey Chaos (Amen), Matt Davies (Funeral For A Friend), Mikee Goodman (SikTh), Jeff Walker (Carcass), Karl Middleton (Twin Zero/earthtone9), Justin Hill (SikTh) and Paul McCallion (Hiding Place).

Due on April 24, we very much doubt if you’ll be hearing any of the tracks on Lyric FM.
