On a more serious note, I feel you should mention that the Have A Merry Fucking Christmas single is the bootleg and not the original one given away at gigs, to avoid confusion/disappointment.

The one in the discography is the official one, but dmw_ops is asking about the bootleg, with Michael on the cover. To be honest, I don’t know when this was released, but probably not long after the original one?

There is one on eBay every once in a while, so I’d recommend keeping an eye on that. There was a copy on there recently, which went for GBP 56.50 :

I’ll try one more time. In the other thread I said to you that I would appreciate it if you would not (visibly) put it up on your site, once. In this thread I said you can put it up as a hidden download, once.

I’m not going into a discussion about correct grammar, but the fact that your name is in a sentence doesn’t mean the whole sentence is directed to you. The latter part of the sentence is a remark in general, hence the use of “no one” instead of “you”.

I think you were being a bit over-sensitive replying the way you did. Now, if you still can’t see it the way I meant it, there’s nothing I can do about it.

I suspected you were referring to that thread, but you obviously misunderstood me then in this thread. The only thing that was specifically directed at you was that I’m fine with it if you put it up as a hidden download (as if I would be against that).

The rest of my message was quite obviously a reply to Eyesore’s post since he suggested to put it up on his site once he got it. If you took my general remark that “I just would appreciate it if no one would put it up on there own site publicly, at least for the time being” as “giving you a spiel every time …” then you need to lighten up a little.

It’s not just a different title though, it’s basically a different song which uses a large part of the lyrics of Kiss Me On A Ghost Train.

Well, as I said, I only mean an occasional hidden download of someone’s server to get a song, but not displayed on a public website..

I know the download limit is being reached very quickly at the moment. This is partly due to the download limit not being there in the first week, which used up a lot of the available bandwidth for this month.

I’m currently in the process of upping the bandwidth limit, so there will be a lot more download opportunities then there are now, in the very near future. I’m sorry for the inconvenience in the mean time.

You haven’t answered my question about what release schedule you’ve seen.. :-) Please try to stay on topic in this thread. I have answered your question about the downloadable songs in the thread about the new site.

Hmm, what release schedule would that be..? I’m not saying that you’re wrong, but I heard it from Michael himself, and May 5th is on a Monday, which makes it both kinda likely it is correct.

Of course, I’m not 100% sure, and Michael said it was tentative. What release date was on the schedule you’ve seen? May 6th, like you mentioned earlier?
