Pfff. Everyone fucks up.
How many ‘bad notes’ does Andy sing during a gig? How many riffs are not very well executed? Michael misses a note once in a while. It’s part of playing live. And only some bands are almost flawless live (Dream Theather/Tool/Iron Maiden, Rush - musically).

Covers are never better, sometimes just as good. And it mostly depends on which version you hear first.
T? have enough strong songs of themselves.

I always hated when artists try to score with covers.
Especially when they release them as singles.
Sadly, T? did twice. I mean, they are excellent versions, but I still think its a bit cheap.
They could play a fast 2 minute punk version of Diane to get it over with fast. haha. :D

Recently Dream Theater rocked for a bit less than three(!) hours. The Cure does…Tool always plays 2 hours.

But a one hour gig can be just as much fan than a boring 2-hour show. Zzzzzzzzzz. Right?

If it’s a festival. An hour is qutie good. :D
Otherwise, I think 1,5 hours is the standard.
An hour is way to short. Yes.

Some bands play three hours. :D

I’m still waiting for the DT Master of Puppets to arive. Its a recording from Barcelona Feb 19th 2002. Amazing how they do an ‘encore’ of a total album, and even play it better :D

I kinda lost interest in Metallica after “the Black Album”. In the nineties they’ve become a bunch of assholes. (except for Jason).
