It’s not the complete show as e.g. Potato Junkie is missing (see here)

XL shirts used to come out a bit smaller than nowadays back then.

I guess he means a gramophone, an old-fashioned record player. Remember the days when music was released on black discs made of vinyl and not as mp3 ringtones? ;-)

Loose was also cd1 in normal single cd cover and cd2 in digipack

I guess you’ll have to buy the “If It Kills Me” Cd single to get it.

Was it an indoor show? The it might’ve been Brixton Academy on the Troublegum tour. That was definitely shown on MTV (with special appearance of Leslie Rankin for Lunacy Booth, you remember?)
