I got back yesterday of Roskilde, one week full of sun and great bands, friends and a couple of beers, fanfuckintastic festival!

For fuckes sake: I am 26% drunk 34 %pissed and the rest of it fuckin wated…deserved win for that one Dutcj=hmenen that was not on our side

It was total madness in Rotterdam last night, fireworks like it was New Years Eve, everybody running and jumping through the streets, I am really enjoying this one so far :-)…oh and of course loads and loads of beer, for my liver a defeat wouldn’t be bad but..HEll…let them go all the way now, if you play such attractive foorball like they do!

Ok, my mom has predicted all 4 matches right including the scores, so I don’t want to spoil your fun but the Dutch wil lose 0-1…

My advice to you would be to go and practice a physical sport, running, swimming, football…anything you like. Maybe If your body is fitter so will your mind be. Don’t rush it, take it one step at a time. You might meet other people with whom you can practice that sport you like and afterwards that one or two pints won’t hurt…give it a try: It has worked for a few friends of mine who picked up running…they don’t have many moddswings any more and they feel better about themselves!

well, i really cured well the first time( snowboardaccident). the doctors in the netherlands are not to keen on surgeries for collarbones,they rather let you cure in the conservative way. my arm is supported by a brace and i have to do exercises every day to prevent my arm/ shoulder getting stiff. i am confident i will be better again but i am quite fanatic with sports as well, so sittting down on my arse is one of my weak spots. i have already decided that i am gonna stop snowboarding since my shoulder will be a weak spot. this time i broke it at the lowlands festival, i slipped and fell…ok, i have only one typing arm now, so that’s it for the moment. i hope your arm will be better in the near future!

btw, i got a second opinion, because on the 1st picture they didn’t see any breaks, but it felt bad, so i went to an oher doctor and he got a better camara…

i have broken my left collar bone for the second time in 6 months, 2006 is just not my year!

7 meters and 40 cm: The arm of the lamppost broke off and my drunkness is the reason why I didnt break anything!
