my god how good is the live version of skyward available on the website, it’s mindblowing!!! much respect!

I think Shameless has brilliant songs on it, but it might be the case rather than listening in one whole go, maybe a few tracks at a time, songs like Joey and Wicked Man are up there but the album does tail off a bit towards the end. Same with Semi Detached, tightrope walker, don’t expect roses, lonly cryin.. and the boys asleep are great but over the course of the album they don’t sound they’re best.Suicide Pact is immense, a real two fingers to all record execs, and i admit it took ages for it all to sink in, though i’m glad it did.
High Anxiety is brilliant I think, the hooks are there, my favourite changes daily which can only be a good thing - only crap thing is it got me done for speeding on the M2 as i was enjoying myself too much and forgot to look at the speedo! I really love Limbo and Last Blast at the minute, but ask me tommorow and it’ll have changed no doubt!

I’d say the best therapy? cover is either Breaking the Law or Gimme Gimme Gimme, though i do have a recording of Alternative Ulster with Ricky Warwick which is pretty good!
