Re: Shadowcops in Other Bands & Artists
Wow, I’d forgot about this thread! Can’t say we’ve played that venue before, although I don’t mind a bit of karaoke. Might pop up before we go on!

So did my friend’s boyfriend of the time. Once she went round to his house and stabbed the eyes out of all his Louise Wener posters. I think they split up soon after that.
Haha. I attempted to read one of her novels a couple of years ago but I just ended up staring at her photo on the inside cover. Saaaaad.

Small world! Thanks for the comments. I’m surprised some people like that first demo seeing as though we wanted to strangle the producer at the end of recording it; we have a proper one out at the beginning of November if anyone is interested.

Re: Clutch in Other Bands & Artists
I’d recommend Be Careful with that EP, The Elephant Riders and Blast Tyrant. Mercury is probably one of the best openers to an album I’ve ever heard. Great band.

Re: Greatest bands of all time in Other Bands & Artists
Therapy?
Botch
Rites of Spring
Husker Du
The Replacements
The Dwarves
Electric Frankenstien
Helmet
Dag Nasty
The Nerve Agents
Quicksand
Nirvana
Stiff Little Fingers
Supersuckers
Dead Kennedys
Zeke
Rocket From The Crypt
Lifetime
CIV
Roxy Music
Dire Straits
The Police
These are all bands I listen to on a very regular basis; so you could say they are my ‘Greatest bands of all time’. They all make the hair on the back of neck stand on end when I listen to them anyway.
