Re: BEST Therapy? Album ? in General Therapy? Topics
Well, we haven’t had such a poll before so first of all, great idea. I voted for the album that holds my favourite song of theirs, Disgracelands so I voted for Nurse although there are other albums that are better as a whole.

Ooooh, I would love to be hooch’s lackey. Can I? Please, can I?

I’d suggest JBL speakers, apart from the turntable, we would have the same combo.

That was the first of a colleague of mine (his age favoured him). Mine should have been at Brielpoort in Deinze (after long discussions at home) but a broken ankle ruined it for me (actually the electrics did that for everybody else) so my first gig had to be at the Brabanthal. I will never forget the lights rolling over the ceiling of the Brabanthal during Moment Of Clarity.
Shame I couldn’t jump due to my aching ankle.

Maybe an idea to take along with the merchandising next tour. They don’t have to release it through the shops but I think they have to make it available to all the digital era non-believers.

I apologise.
I do actually like Neil. It’s just I get wound up when people say he’s better than Graham, and that Graham is shit because Graham is my favourite Therapy? drummer.
I appreciate a drummer with a good groove and Graham has this in spades.
He bought something new to the band, which I really liked.
I also saw him live and he is just great. Boss Volenti is good too.
I like the drumming on HA and NANE too :)
So in conclusion - I dont mind Neil ( really ) I just get defensive of Graham at times :D
Funny to see some minor spelling mistakes in the first post from you I actually agree with.

Sorry for the fact that I’m not a fan of Three Colours Red, therefore I don’t know wether or not they’re British and sorry that I don’t know how to spell the name correctly of every third rate band that’s around.

What do you mean? Because I’ve spelt colors without a U? I’m foreign so I can choose to spell it the American way or the British way.

They already did this in my opinion between 2003 and 2006.

Re: Exclusive Therapy? Webgig in General Therapy? Topics
Well, I think the exclusive web gig is a lost cause because they can’t let down all the “fans” who voted for those songs but we can make a new thread where only the WoMbles can vote from the remaining songs, which songs they want to hear on the next tour. The rule is that they have to play the 2 songs with the highest amount of votes on every gig and choose 1 of the remaining songs each night they play live.

It’s just an example of a setlist. Only the “2 tracks of each album”-rule should be applied throughout the tour.

Re: Exclusive Therapy? Webgig in General Therapy? Topics
THERAPY? have 11 albums, if they take 2 songs from each album, they can play for more than an hour and a half. This would be my perfect setlist:
Skyward
Animal Bones
Fantasy Bag
Potato Junkie
Nausea
Disgracelands
Screamager
Femtex
Moment Of Clarity
Bad Mother
Lonely Cryin’ Only
Safe
Six Mile Water (in stead of Diane)
Sister
Dance
Endless Psychology
Stand In Line
If It Kills Me (in stead of Die Laughing)
Dead
Long Distance
Deluded Son
Rain Hits Concrete
What a great night would that be.

But look on the brightside - because this gig will be recorded, all you screamager-haters will be able to fast forward through it, rather than muttering ‘this is shit, why don’t they play something deeply unpopular?’, which is, I’m sure, what you must surely do when you actually turn up to see them play live & they dare play… a hit!
I’m pretty sure there aren’t any screamager haters around here. It’s just that us, the real fans, love pretty much everything the guys have recorded in their carreer and we just wanted to hear that other equally excellent stuff in stead of the great songs we get to hear every time we go and see our favourite band live. Going to a T? concert is more an act of paying respect and loyalty than having a good night out nowadays. Everyone knows what songs are certainly played. If THERAPY? ever decide on doing a Greatest Hits tour, they shouldn’t change much to their current setlist.
7 songs of 1 album played live is just too many.
Cut it down to 4 and how good their rendition of Isolation might be, it’s still nothing but a cover. Same goes for Diane, play Loose, Bad Mother, Misery or Me VS You instead for the love of God.

No, all credit to him for doing it. I know the lyrics very well but I bet I just would have made a fool out of myself on that stage.

Let’s face it, who did T? expect to buy the download package? Those casual fans who have heard of T? and liked what they heard but nothing more nothing less or the WoMbles that buy every release T? put out?
If they onlywould have let the WoMbles vote, they were sure of at least 100 downloaded sets.
Now I’m not capable to make any predictions.
If it’s possible to buy single tracks, I’ll buy 4 of them. Otherwise nothing.

And everyone who didn’t vote for troublegum tracks is invited. :D

That will be a real hit in the download charts.
I hope that everyone that came on here to submit their average votes (the only songs they know by T? most likely) will buy the registration of this gig. This great initiative has been ruined for me beyond comprehension.
It was perhaps the last time we had the chance to hear Safe, Perversonality, Loser Cop, Fantasy Bag, Femtex, Sister, Skyward or Dead (it would have been the first time as well for me to hear my favourite NANE song) but no, they decided to leave it to the public in stead of the real fans.
People voted on this poll that haven’t been to a T?-concert for ages or not at all but they just wanted to let one webmaster know which songs where their IP-address’ favourites.
If it was a physical CD/DVD set, I surely would have bought it (like any other release) but since it’s only a download, it’s just money thrown away.
