Re: OCFA reviews please… in General Therapy? Topics

Title: ‘reviews’

Firstly i’m a bit surprised someone ‘reviewing’ a bootleg copy of a yet to be released album and then to criticise the production is like an art critic reviewing a photocopy of the Mona Lisa and saying the colours were a bit faded!

Are you all the type of people who like spoiling movie and book endings for other people? The only thing i see to be gained is some kind of lame ‘i had it first kudos’. In other words “grow up” and leave that shit to the playground.

Secondly i think it’s odd for people to openly advertise the fact that the new album is available for free. This won’t help the bands because we know most people aren’t as honest as our illustrious ‘reviewers’ I think the band are more than respectful and fair to their fans…always reply to emails (i got a signed photo for a friends birthday!), posting diaries and interesting music/photos etc on the site. I don’t think most bands are so honest and readily accessible…of course this means that a few people will get too ‘over familiar’ and start to behave in a disrespectful way. This is exactly what i feel has happened here…

Fair play to MIkehell for calling 30 Sec bluff..he should be ashamed of himself and seems to be what will all those follow up creepy posts. If he thought the bass was so great on the album then why didnt he mention it in his original review?

Therapy? don’t need fans like this now, they need support and help with getting the word out about their new music and tours. That’s what i ( and i know many others) will be doing come April 24th and at as many ofthe forthcoming shows as i can NOT creeping around the net illegally
downloading shitty quality mp3’s and then writing reviews as if i work for Rolling Stone
magazine.

Come on people…lets show some solidarity and respect!
