Re: Skin in Other Bands & Artists

Since the audience was much more enthusiastic on Sunday than on Tuesday, they must have appreciated her more. Or maybe you’re right. It might say more about the belgian than it does about Skin…*

Re: Skin in Other Bands & Artists

I was there and I liked it. She’s got a great voice. Don’t think it was boring. Placebo was very good as well*

Re: Marilyn Manson on the pops… in Other Bands & Artists

Mr. Manson did not come up to my expectations. Not at all. Saw him years ago when he really freaked out. He was real then, cut his chest with a broken bottle, fought with a securityman, he gave me goosebumps at that time. Nowadays, he’s more like an entertainer than a real rockstar. Don’t get me wrong, the music was great, the show couldn’t have been better. Everything was perfect. Too perfect. Rock is dead. Indeed. On the other hand, he wins. Cos he shows us, that it doesn’t matter what he does, people like it anyway. If he can show up wearing Mickey Mouse ears and start singing ‘It’s a small world after all’ while the audience still appreciates it I allow him to sing Rock is dead! You rock, Brian!

Re: Kill Switch Engage in Other Bands & Artists

Saw them in Kontich. Met Tom. He’s tough. Had a cold at that time, but played his ass off. He’s probably writing some new songs right now. Actually, not really my kind of music…*

red hot chili peppers in Other Bands & Artists

Title: red hot chili peppers

Anthony rocked! Although I have to admit that the Peppers are not what they were 9 years ago… No higher grounds…and it was the same show as Werchter…but I enjoyed it anyway.

Re: millionaire in Other Bands & Artists

The Queens were great. The sound of Millionaire was way to loud. Too much noise. Spoke to Tim, he’s cool!

New/old Nirvana song in Other Bands & Artists

Title: New/old Nirvana song

Today I heard an old, but never released before, Nirvana song. It was strange to hear Kurt sing a song I’d never heard before. I liked it…

Re: Graham Hopkins and Gemma Hayes in Other Bands & Artists

Saw him in June in Brugge. They were the support act of Marianne Faithfull. I was able to watch the concert backstage. That was funny, but I could only see Graham’s back…haha…

Title: No Doubt

Any of you therapy? fans went to see No Doubt yesterday? I did. Really liked the gig. I hadn’t been in the venue since the therapy? gig of last year. I saw some familiar faces… (Iris, you know who..)

Re: Saw Graham tonight in Paradiso in Other Bands & Artists

What to do with an unhappy drummer? I’m sure they’ll find a cool drummer soon…
