Fyfe’s influences/similar music etc in General Therapy? Topics

Title: Fyfe’s influences/similar music etc

Just trying to download some stuff which may have influenced Fyfe’s material with the band, ie: heavy beats, dance rhythms etc… or alternatively, can anyone suggest any material which is in a similar vain? cheers! :)

Re: Interpol - Antics in Other Bands & Artists

I love Interpol too- going to see them again in Manchester in December, but so far, I’m also finding ‘Antics’ to be less appealing than ‘Turn on..’ - but i’m warming to it the more I listen to it, so I’ll bear with it :D

Therapy? replying to e-mails…? in General Therapy? Topics

Title: Therapy? replying to e-mails…?

Out of interest, how good are the guys in replying to emails that us little lot send to them?

It’s just that I sent them an email a couple of days ago regarding ahem…things hehe, and while I obviously don’t expect an instant response, I’m just wondering whether I’m expecting too much to think they’ll reply to little old me hehe.

So, any good stories etc regarding e-mails from the guys could be…interesting! ;)

Ah, looks like I posted too soon- it’s only available in Germany apparently? When will it be available in the UK, anyone know? - or is there a site to still get it from…?

Re: Therapy? asking outrageous prices? in Therapy? Live

Well this is interesting, because for my university degree, I was going to organise a gig with all proceeds going to charity. I was going to contact the band (Therapy) first by e-mail, but might it better going through the booking agent?, despite the fact that with it being a chairty gig, I’m trying to keep costs as low as possible.

Re: Liverpool: 5th December in Therapy? Live

‘eeeeey the gig rocked.

Was Andy actually at the forum meet-up? I met Blonde Blade but kinda scuttled away because Andy was there, and I felt weird just sitting myself down next to him…he might have wanted some space…peace and that, I dunno

That was a weird situation, I didn’t know that was going to happen… :p Andy’s great though, if it happens again, I’ll bear such a thing in mind!

Sorry I didnt meet you too Phil

Oh yeah! I’d recommend Intentions of an asteroid.

Maybe you should also try Metallica, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Faith No More and Black Sabbath, all great.
