Jobrok, you got to mention Sam of Lost Boys before me…damn.

I didn’t say it was a bad book, Spaceball, just somewhat overated.

Currently reading Too Kill A Mockingbird. Bought years ago in a charity shop and I’ve only just got round to reading it. My mate read it for his GCSE’s years ago so I thought I’d give it a go. If that book was to be written today it wouldn’t be like it is when it was published 50 years ago - would be dumbed down a bit, but its a good book and its praised deveresed, unlike, say, Catcher in the Rye. Good book but overpraised and lost its rebel credibility once it hit the school sylibus.

Tattoos, albums and gigs aside, here are my reasons -

I was into them when they were popular
I was still into the band when they got written off
And…I’m still into them now.

Here’s another thing, which might border on the bad - supporting T? is like supporting football teams in a way. You defend them in a conversation with whoever then curse them when they put out an album that didn’t match the previous…then look back and think, bit harsh but had a point.

HMV have confirmed that a new release is on the cards, though untitled at present.
