They never go for the indie label bands do they, ie Carcass, Deicide and what have you. Put them on the main stage and it’ll be worth the ticket price, but then again, its a coperate event now, isn’t it.

No way am I spending 100 + quid just to see bands that should be headlining.

Is the album worth getting. I’ve not bought anything Cavalera since the first Soulfly album ten years ago.

The Live After Death DVD is ace.

However, the fact that they’re releaseing a comp album of their 80’s output stinks somewhat. But, if its got rare tracks on (b sides and what have you), I’ll change my mind, but not to fussed on it.

I’m going to cause a storm here, but Metallica are a spent force. Anything after the black album has hardly been on repeat on my stereo. If they could what Maiden did after Bruce returned and come back with an album that would get others into the genre, then I’ll give a listen, but I’m not holding my breath.
