OMG I was at that gig, down the front and screaming my head, saying John Major is fucking my sister during Potato Junkie coz I had seen them the year before…jeez, what a gig it was too.

I wore my Isolation and Troublegum sweaters for years and they were good quality. This was between 1994 to 1999/2000, though wearing the TG one I got some strange looks from people asking what it is LOL

You mention Semi Detached era tees - if I remember rightly, I don’t think there were any, but I might be mistaken

Out of interest, is there a value or a demand among collectors for the embossed versions of this underated album. I doubt very much that these (if they are on the market) would go as far as three figures, but interested none the less

It depands. I saw a copy go for around eight quid a few years ago, and signed to someone called Paul. No, cause the twats running the shop lost the disc and I’d phone repeatly to ask if they found it. Gave up after a couple of weeks and the sho[ closed down a few months later.

For crying out loud, promo’s are collecters items, as they have the record label emblam on it. Bootlegs don’t have this.

I forget how much I paid for my copies, but I couldn’t think of parting with them. The coloured vinyl format is an underated classic.

I’ve got a few T? pieces on vinyl, but its mostly on CDs.

I take it that Stay Happy would’ve been a third single from Semi Detached.

According to Kerrang in 1994, this disc was worth £30 onwards, though I don’t know about now. It probably won’t go into three figures, as the band have long since out of favour (sniff, sniff).

How much is it selling for?

If I remember rightly, this was only on the seven inch. If there’s a record fair near you, check it out and pay no more than a tenner. Its a red vinyl with three tracks - Church of Noise, a remix and the track in question.
