Re: Exclusive Therapy? Webgig in General Therapy? Topics

Very difficult choice…

Eventually voted for

Lonely, Crying Only
Sister
Teethgrinder

Would’ve liked to vote for Opal Mantra as well, but you can’t have it all, I guess.

edit: And “The Boy’s Asleep” would’ve been great too, that was the best show-closer ever!

Re: How many times have you seen T? live in Therapy? Live

I’ve seen them just over ten times I think. The first time was on a festival, the second time was a gig for the Infernal Love-tour. Around that time I just started visiting concerts, so they must have been one of the first bands of which I went to see a “solo”-concert.

Re: Amsterdam: Paradiso gig in Therapy? Live

Enjoyed the show a lot last night. Enthousiastic audience, the band is always going for it, can’t think of a better way to spend my Tuesday evening. Maybe technically it wasn’t their best show ever, but enthousiasm goes a long way!

The only real criticism I have is that they played relatively little songs off the last album (only 6 out of 12) and quite many from Troublegum (7 songs). Now of course Troublegum is a great album and everybody loves to hear these songs, but Therapy? should watch out not to turn into a band that puts out a new album and then goes on a tour playing the old “hits”. Taking into account the quality of the recent material and the good response of the crowd to songs from just about any album, that really isn’t necessary.
