The album was supplied with cases to only about 40 record shops, I remember seeing the advert with the list of all the shops.

I lived in Reading at the time and had to go to Henley to pick mine up.

not fair on the US, I feel, but in reply to the comment about witch hunts… yeah, there is a reference to that on http://www.slashdot.org (sorry, no exact link, you’ll have to search yourself) but looking at the text it seems to me that they are talking about the main hardcore people who have racks of hard disks serving all sorts of stuff, be it audio, software, vids, whatever.

I may be wrong (disclaimers everywhere, eh?!) but before Mr Smith and Mr Jones and your every day P2P chap gets busted, a few MAJOR people will get done first. And if you are just logging onto the network to grab a couple of MP3s I would be incredibly amazed if you ever got “done”.

The sound quality (and I suspect, dare I say it) the playing, on Rust, is not so hot… but for people who have yet to be convinced by Neil, just listen to his drum intro for that song on this recording. Hell for leather, I believe, is the expression.

Yeah, I remember someone sending me pics of those phone cards (I assume legit phone cards, rather than just bits of printed plastic?) ages ago, and they are possibly/probably on “you know where” but I couldn’t swear to it.

Never got one. And whilst the main reason I’ve collected “merchandise in general” was cos I preferred to have the source material for anything I had on the web site, this one eluded me, but I’m kinda not disappointed at all.

And anyway, if it was loaded with 20 Belgian francs or whatever, well, I guess it would be useless now, blooming euro.

Yeah, you only have to say it once, as you did in another thread. I supplied it to someone else who wanted it in a discrete fashion, and then removed it, and I offered to do it for another individual. Oh, and bear in mind, if they do release one single that has no added bonus, well, it’s their due, surely? Look at the bonuses they have released in the past.. the songs on Die Laughing, Nowhere, Trigger Inside singles, all those acoustic songs on Diane, the Church Of Noise single etc… on average, they’ve done pretty damn well…

Well from what I rememebr the band saying in one of their posts, Mama…Ambulance will be on there.

And perhaps one other, but I am not sure on this point.

ah, fair enough. so’ll definitely get the album on the 5th. it’s just whether german shops open on easter monday or not…

And also, given that the album is due on out Mon 5 May, and that’s a Bank Holiday too…
