And as the fucker I surely am :) I have to say it even in this thread. Please, anyone who feels like it, upload some of that stuff you have on the FTP. It doesnt have to be whole gig. Perhaps a song or two… Cheers!

1) Surprisingly, there is such a thing as free lunch. But that´d be in a community of friends, in a family-like or otherwise close society. And yes, Neat is the one actually paying for the FTP (or his connection or whatever…)
2) Ppl who have nothing dont necessarily have to be frustrated. It is probable they dont give a shit and they are not in for the trade and they never will be. But they like the music.
3) Trading and selling aren´t equal.
4) If you are doing it, because of the music, then it´s only natural that you want to share it, for that means not only sharing the physical stuff but also the experience. It is natural that you actually want the other fans to hear “this piece because it is absolutely brilliant”.
5) So what´s the prob? Are you afraid that you´d get shortened on some profit? Or the fact that you are not getting anything back right the moment you give? Those are some pretty fucked up principles that only appeared with currency. Only then the need (and the opportunity of fullfilment) began to lessen. Still again (!) - win/win or give/get principles don´t apply within families, among friends or close communities.

Well I´ve said my part - some piece of shit that seems to be. I still think traders don´t loose if they share. But man, it is always up to you.

Well the trick is - you dont just upload on the FTP, u also download from it. The trick is getting more traders into it :). Only then they see the advantage.(I send u this stuff, u send me… Or Well, man, Iål be posting this tonight, post your piece as well… And not only is the trade done but also a lot of smuggly fuckers who have nothing to trade but love the band can enjoy the music. And it´s the music this is all about, isn´t it?). If lot of fans use the FTP, then perhaps there will be ¨more of them soon and that would mean faster connection which would allow larger files (better quality)… I know it cost u quid and energy but think of all the advantages- if u upload your stuff in say 128-192 kbit compressed quality, the ppl who´ll like the boots might contact u to buy the real thing… But no, myself I wouldn´t know anything about merchandise :)

Yeah yeah. As I always say. Dont trade, share. We are community, remember? Besides selling sounds much less sympathic than trading. All the coins should be in T? pocket… Ey, never mind me, man. But get the stuff at the FTP as well. Life is a bitch, dont be the same ;)

Well, after hearing some shows from the FTP I have to say, that T? are the best bunch of fuckers I ever heard playing live! I love Andy and his speeches!!! They are brilliant! I think that every single T? gig should be booted and made available… What a beautiful dream!

Hey, I just think you are A OK, man :). You dont have a cd burner, I, for example, (A) dont have a DVD. However - I might (B) have a friend (and I do), who has it. So I can ask (C) him (and I did) to convert the new T? DVD to a cd, so I can watch it on my computer. However, although he has the technical background, he doesn´t know how to do that. So he (D) asks another friend of his to pay him a visit and help. And eventually (E) we all will be happy :). It´s a long way from A-E, demanding some time and effort, however - It can be made! I am not forcing anybody to do it. But if you feel like it it´d surely be nice :).

Hey Fellas! Dont just trade thing for thing. Thats history. We aren´t some business phorum here, are we? We are comunity, right. Thanks to some nice people we have this nice Message Boards where we can meet each other and thanks to other nice people (Neat) we also have a FTP now. So please be considerate and try to use it as much as u can. I am sure that if there are some nice pieces, soon more will come. Say isn´t that easier and more satisfactory for all? Some people might not have much to trade now - does it mean they won´t ever get their hands on the nice stuff u have been trading? This is not intended as an imperative by no means. Neither a speech about “the selfish traders”. No. I understand your position very well. The thing I am asking here is a very altruistic approach (high risk investition in terms of business) which means, that u share something now without getting anything right back (however, in the future…). So please, all of u who have the technical means (connection to the internet) and a good heart, consider this option.

PS: For those with no connection or bad connection - If u send me the files (whether it is music or video format) on some acceptable media (say CD/MD, not VHS), I will upload it for u. Contact me through mail or icq…
